• Arriving 10 minutes early for your appointment allows you to enjoy your full service as lateness may result in customizing your service to fit the remaining booking time.
• For the benefit of all clients, should need to cancel your appointment we respectfully ask for 24 hours notice (48 hours for Jask packages) or a charge may apply.
• To maintain our tranquil and relaxing atmosphere, please make alternate child care arrangements prior to your appointment.
